What-ismath/R/3.3.1 : The 'R' environment for statistical computing and graphics, version 3.3.1
Hilfe-Text
R environment for statistical computing, data analysis and graphics, version 3.3.1

  Usage: R [options] [< infile] [> outfile]
         R CMD command [arguments]

  Example: R CMD BATCH script.R

  Documentation:
Man pages: 'man R' and 'man Rscript'
Info pages: e.g. 'info R-intro' or 'info R-FAQ'
    Manuals: /opt/bwhpc/common/math/R/3.3.1-mkl-11.2.3-intel-15.0_O2_pragma_noopt/doc/manual
    Web: http://www.r-project.org/.

This R version has been configured to make use of optimized BLAS routines
from the threaded Intel MKL Library rather than using internal BLAS routines.
The number of threads can be controlled by setting MKL_NUM_THREADS.
The appropriate MKL module is automatically loaded for your convinience
when this R module is loaded.

The R installation also provides the standalone library libRmath.
This library allows you to access R routines from your own C or C++ programs
(see section 9 of the 'R Installation and Administration' manual.)

As with all processes that require more than a few minutes to run, non-trivial
compute jobs must be submitted to the cluster queuing system.
Example scripts are available in the directory:
       /opt/bwhpc/common/math/R/3.3.1-mkl-11.2.3-intel-15.0_O2_pragma_noopt/bwhpc-examples
